Here is a brief list of foods that you certainly should be checking out to be sure you find an alternate. Some of these may surprise you:
*chicken broth
*vitamins
*bouillon cubes
*soy sauce
*red licorice
*blue cheese
*mustard
*fruit punch
*play dough
