Udis... My First Denver Bagel! Gluten-Free Product Review

Udi's Gluten-Free, a local Denver bakery that offers something special for the gluten-free lifestylist. I have been craving bagels for years and wasn't able to find one that can be toasted, have a crust and hold together.  And then I found it in Denver when Udis sent me bagels, breads and muffins to sample.

Udi's is a leader who was able to provide gluten free breads and bagels nationwide before anyone else! It's not a NY style bagel that is super dense and filling, but it's got character and taste appeal.  Sometimes that leader is looked up at as the benchmark to beat.... If you are a somewhat typical human being you appreciate bagels and a great sandwiches then you'll see innovation is apparent here.

To start my weekend I treat myself to a toasted bagel with cream cheese or a breakfast with eggs, onion, broccoli, tomato and cheese. The Udis bagels you can get the perfect toasted bagel the way you have been dreaming about Celiacs!

Their white bread is also decent... A lighty toasted slice with deli meats, pb & j, or even with grilled eggplant, lettuce and goat cheese will satisfy your bready, carby, sandwich cravings.

Lastly, I must admit their Double Chocolate Muffins were different, too. The sugar level was high but a little can go along way, just be conscious of the serving size/ingredient levels.

Udis is located in Denver, Colorado and available nationwide. They have been a go to stop for every gluten-free minded individual in Colorado. They are located in more than 1,000 stores nationwide for a reason... their product line is for gluten-free lifestylists and the foods they crave to indulge. My challenge to them next... make mini bagels and more nutrient dense food!

View their store locator to see where you can buy any of the various Udis products for you or a friend.
