Oh Fiona! Way To Crunch Into My Heart. Gluten-Free Product Review

After moving to Denver I voyaged through Denver's Whole Foods Cherry Creek and they host a slew of local Boulder, Colorado items. Fiona's All Natural Quinoa Crunch is a hearty baked delicious option for breakfast. 

 She uses two of the most protein-rich grains, quinoa and sorghum and when baked for stuffing, cookies or to (any option) milk or yoghurt you will be satisfied in flavor and nutritional value as it is packed with essential vitamins and minerals without being too high in sugar. She also suggests her product for hiking, but I am not sure if it would be a trail mix substitute, hmmm. Anyway, there are some small dried fruit treats found within so this crunch will be very addictive so pace yourself! Also suggest adding a bit of honey and/or cinnamon for additional flavor.

Fionas has not product tested for ppm. However, they do segregate baking days, ingredients, and clean their equipment very well. Also good to note there are no wheat products made in the bakery.

Fiona has a wonderful product, is an exciting mother and overall great human being as she donates profits and cares for the natural health movement, contributing to to the community.
