Mikey's Muffin's are simply smart nutrition for your gluten free and paleo lifestyle. Carefully made and available frozen, Mikey's Muffins are certified gluten free and offer you a fairly quick breakfast or anytime snack option high in protein and low in sugar. I met Mikey at a food show where he passionately speaks about living a Paleo lifestyle, healthier living and utilizing high quality ingredients vs the common option. Mikey and I shared a common interest and joy for demanding more from brands, non GMO ingredients used and truly living the same passion as you preach. All Mikey's Muffins are made with a key on less than six or seven ingredients! (Look at your other food and see how many ingredients are listed and if you recognize them).
It's important to always remember that we are what we eat. If you put tasteless, cheap and dirty food into your body from food ingredients that you can't pronounce that's alarming. If you grew up on a product that no longer is recognized as quality due to it's dangerous ingredients then it's okay to stop purchasing them and find alternative high quality food like Mikey's Muffins. It's imperative to avoid artificial ingredients, GMOs, and other harmful fillers like gluten and more especially when your body physically and internally have reactions to them.
Mikey's Muffin
- Original English Muffin
- Toasted Onion English Muffin
- Cinnamon Raisin Muffin
All three Mikey Muffins are frozen including 4 packs of gluten free and paleo muffins in each box. The focus of these products are on being paleo friendly, gluten free, dairy free, soy free and grain free tasty bread alternatives. This is not your standard english muffin ingredients, yet have a delightful taste and toast well. Defrost the muffins for about 10 minutes and open the muffin. Toast until browned and firmer, but they won't be crunchy like "bread". Regardless they're versatile as you can add natural butters, eggs, deli meats, chicken breast, peanut butter, almond butter, sun butter, jams and jellies or as you best see fitting your gluten free lifestyle.
