Subway Ingredient Also Found In Yoga Mats: Azodicarbonamide

Thanks to Food Babe's article, millions of USA consumers are now aware that their favorite fast food gluten based bread products use an all-american common unpronounceable ingredient that is banned in most of the world, 
azodicarbonamide


What the Heck is "Azodicarbonamide"



BANNED IN EUROPE, AUSTRALIA & SINGAPORE 
BUT PERMITTED THROUGHOUT USA

WHAT THE HECK IS IT?
Azodicarbonamid is commonly used as a flour bleaching agent in common gluten and dough conditioners according to the the FDA. It's also the same ingredient used in yoga mats, shoe soles, floor mats, and window gaskets.  It's linked to asthma and other possible allergies for works involved in plants... Further, those who work with this ingredient wear masks far more urgently than just to protect their face, but to protect their entire health! Who at the FDA approved this and why is the FDA to be trusted after yet another ridiculous global issue?

AZODICARBONAMIDE SURE DOES HIDE ITSELF WELL 
Found in fast food locations that serve unhealthy gluten or "highly processed health foods" such as Subway including 9 grain bread, Starbucks croissants, McDonalds english muffin, Wendys morning melt panini, Arby's sesame seed bun, Sarah Lee whole wheat, yoga mats, shoes soles and floor mats. Ohh soooo delicious! No.

BRANDS
Why do you have to use this ingredient in your gluten as if gluten isn't already dangerous!? Azodicarbonamide can't even be pronounced and you feed it to the public. Would a product really taste or be more fresh with this than without? Shame on you!

CONSUMERS
Do you have any idea what you eat or do you just put anything into your body because it tastes good? What about your baby and the rest of your family? Why is it that the mass public doesn't inquire about food ingredients and/or doesn't care? Shame on you! 

NEVER TOO LATE TO STOP TRUSTING BIG BRANDS
The reason I thoroughly enjoy and promote 100% gluten-free living is because I have found a greater need to analyze food, sources, products and beyond. I don't eat anything that I don't pronounce or cannot identify as a real gluten-free food from farm, manufacturing, kitchen to plate and recommend the same to you. Simple. I learned this from my evolving 17+ year gluten-free education, which is at minimum an education into gluten (wheat, oats, barley and rye) and auto-immunity education because that's what Celiac Disease is all about, your body's ability to protect itself against itself. Thereafter, you'll realize that organic food and non GMO sourced ingredients are safer, healthier and yield more produce than those doused with chemicals vs. Monsanto's patented GMO seeds. Eating wheat is abrasive and unhealthy to the majority of people's digestion and dairy can be unhealthy as well to your body. Need I go further? Did you know that FDA considers Monsanto's  GMO seed as a poison and not a food? Yet, USA serves it to the public and north of 65% of our food supply in USA is believed to be GMO crops. Are you listening to your body, checking your blood nutrient levels and listening?
